Goals
Provide members with ongoing educational opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Create new programs that encourage leadership and participation in the workplace and the community.  Support and encourage leadership development throughout Broward County.
Connect future leaders with the current leaders of their community and industry.

Project Managers and Leadership Positions are always welcome to assist in facilitating and structuring Develop events.
