For the past 30 years our organization's mission and main goal has always been to provide leaders that will help build a vital and robust Broward County.  We recognize that leadership development is key to advancing positive change in society. We also recognize that our ability to catalyze positive change is only as great as our capacity of providing leaders that respond to evolving community needs.
